Abstract: Families of special-needs children face numerous difficulties of different levels and are in need of special assistance. The analysis of psychological theories and supporting service experience shows that the methodological basis for such assistance should be collaborative interactions with a family and facilitation of parents activity. Technology-related assistance includes: information support of parents, organization of parents interaction, inclusion of parents to collaborate with specialists, feedback about the positive effects of parental involvement, positive reinforcement of effective changes.

PSYCHOSOMATIC DISORDERS AT THE CLINICAL PRACTICE

Abstract. The fundamental theories of psychosomatic origins those are necessary for deep insight of somatoform disorders and reactions are presented in the article. It was described the linear model, rates of organic lesion, risk-factors and structure during psychosomatic disorders. It was administered the ideas of "ego security", "avoidant period", "inward sickness picture". As a result, it was awarded the most topical issues of psychosomatic medicine.

Abstract: The way psychotherapy influences dynamic of psychoneurophysiological factors of patients with neurotic disease is described. Effects of haw psychotherapy influences omega-potential of brain and the main clinical manifestations of the disease are studied. Success of using GSPMR among other methods of treatment of neurotic frustration is motivated. Effects of reconstructions omega-potential of brain's hemisphere's asymmetry under psychotherapy's influence is illustrated by stabilization of main parameters of brain's activity and corresponds with improvement of condition of the patient.

FUNCTIONAL STATUS AND REGULATION OF CARDIORESPIRATORY SYSTEM IN PRIMARY SCHOOLERS WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF TEMPERAMENT

Abstract: There were examined practically healthy primary schoolers with differently expressed temperamental features. The variability of cardiac rhythm (VCR) and external respiratory function were investigated with a programming complex «Valenta». Performed investigation confirms that there are relationships between typological peculiarities of higher nervous activity (temperament) with mechanisms of regulation of cardiac rhythm and external respiration's functional indices in young school children. In children, whose temperament is characterized by low expressiveness of behavioral manifestations, it was revealed a predominance of parasimpatic link of regulation of cardiac rhythm and higher functional indices of external respiration.
